Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform press machining of a face material on a frame body while maintaining the beautiful appearance of a flush panel satisfactorily in press machining of the flush panel. SOLUTION: A flush door 10 is provided with middle sashes 14a, 14b, 14c and a core 16 on an inner side of a frame 11 formed like a square frame. The middle sashes 14a, 14b, 14c are stretched over in the left and right directions at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction of the frame 11. Prospective dimension of the middle sashes 14a, 14b, 14c is set to be smaller than prospective dimension of the frame 11. The core 16 is constituted by a corrugated board being a material more deformable than the frame 11 and the face materials 12a, 12b and is formed like a lattice. Prospective dimension of the core 16 is set to be smaller than prospective dimension of the frame 11. The core 16 is provided in a space surrounded by the frame 11 and the middle sashes 14a, 14b, 14c and the face materials 12a, 12b are bonded to it from its both sides. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
