AQUEOUS HYDROPHILIZATION/DEODORIZATION TREATMENT AGENT OF ALUMINUM-CONTAINING METAL MATERIAL AND HYDROPHILIZATION AND DEODORIZATION TREATMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous hydrophilization treatment agent for forming a hydrophilic coating having excellent durable hydrophilicity, which can prevent offensive odor generation, and which has a good antibacterial performance and formability on an Al-containing metal material; and to provide a treatment method. SOLUTION: The aqueous hydrophilization treatment agent contains (A) a component selected from a glycidyl group-containing organic compound, (B) a component selected from a water-soluble polymeric compound having a tert-amino group and at least one hydrophilic functional group selected from sulfonic, phosphonic, carboxy, polyalkylene glycol, hydroxy and amide groups, and an organic compound having the tertiary amino group and the hydrophilic functional group, and polymerizable by heat-drying, and (C) an antibacterial agent not decomposing at 100°C or lower. The hydrophilic coated film is formed by coating the aqueous treatment agent on the Al-containing metal material, and heat-drying the coated liquid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
