Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost required for treating dung and urine of domestic animals and to enable growers to effectively utilize the cost for the dung and urine treatment. SOLUTION: The dung and urine of domestic animals are regenerated as an organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer is formed by adding 1-50 kg water absorbing agent obtained by using vegetative cellulose as a main raw material, 1-50 kg carbon-based deodorant and an appropriate amount of the powder of crustaceans to 1 ton dung and urine of domestic animals and then fermenting the resulting mixture by beneficial bacteria existing in the natural world.
