CONVEYANCE CONVEYOR CONTROLLER AND CONVEYANCE CONVEYOR CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance conveyor capable of conveying a rubber seat fed out from a seating roll, controlling conveyance speed of the conveyance conveyor to keep tension of the fed-out rubber seat constant even when a condition of a variable element such as rotational speed of the seating roll is changed, and preventing running-out and bending of the rubber seat to improve productivity and quality. SOLUTION: A prediction following rate leading-through part 102 leads through a prediction following rate F being a prediction value of a speed ratio of peripheral speed of the seating roll 10 to feeding speed of an unvulcanized rubber seat 18 based on a condition of the variable element such as obtained rotational speed of the seating roll 10 and a numerical value such as coefficient B of roll rotation slip set in a storage part 106 in advance. A reference speed calculating part 103 calculates reference speed VR2 being reference of rotational speed of a conveyance conveyor motor 21 for driving the conveyance conveyor 20 based on the prediction following rate F and measured rotational speed VR1 of the seating roll.
