Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary article having excellent using feeling, capable of being disposed by flowing the same in a toilet, the sink of a kitchen or others after use, and having excellent degradability and little load to waste water processing facilities. SOLUTION: The sanitary article is constituted by comprising a block or graft copolymer (A) having a polyamino acid as a hydrophilic segment (a-1) and a degradable polymer as a hydrophobic segment (a-2) and a degradable resin (B). The hydrophilic segment (a-1) in the copolymer (A) comprises a structure unit derived from aspartic acid, the hydrophobic segment (a-2) comprises a structure unit derived from a dibasic acid and dihydric alcohols, hydroxy-carboxylic acids, lactides, lactones, or carbonates, and the degradable resin (B) is one kind selected from the group consisting an aliphatic polyester, more preferably polyhydroxy-carboxylic acids, polylactides, polylactones, and a dibasic acid-dihydric alcohol copolymers.
