PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging apparatus having a designating means, a position grasping means, and an image processing means of a region of interest image of which is processed using rotation angle information of a subject in the X-ray imaging apparatus capable of acquiring a continuous image using a flat panel. SOLUTION: The X-ray imaging apparatus has a subject rotating means for rotating the subject, a rotating means for the subject, a rotation angle detecting means for the rotating means, a region designating means for designating the region in the image using at least two or more images of the rotation angle, a position calculating means for calculating the three-dimensional position of the regions of interest using two or more regions designated by the region designating means, and a region of interest image processing means for performing image processing to the designated region of interest.
