Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device which controls a mode wavelength at high speed and does not consume a large amount of power. SOLUTION: A control circuit 12 included in the solid laser device, for example, adjusts a voltage applied to an etalon 5 to control a mode wavelength when a disturbance is added to the laser device. Subsequently, the control circuit 12 adjusts the temperature of the etalon 5 so that a control margin by the voltage applied to the etalon 5 increases, and then readjusts the voltage.
