PRECISION MANAGEMENT METHOD OF AUTOANALYZER FOR CLINICAL INSPECTION, AND THE AUTOANALYZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precision management method, capable of managing precision effectively without increase in the running cost, and to provide an autoanalyzer that has adopted the management method. SOLUTION: The precision management method of the autoanalyzer for clinical inspection executes analysis of predetermined analysis items with respect to the same general specimen for a plurality of times at a predetermined time interval, determines whether variations in the plurality of executed analysis values are within a predetermined standard, and issues a warning, when the variations do not lie within the standard.
