Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably secure joining strength by abutting a doubling plate only on the inner side of an square steel-pipe column and reducing a protruded part of the doubling plate and a nut through head-clamping of a high strength bolt at the outer side of the square steel-pipe column and by using an attached plate for one surface friction advantageously securing sufficient yield strength to compressive force as the doubling plate when forming a continuous square steel-pipe column by joining the square steel-pipe columns in a length direction using the doubling plates and the high strength bolts. SOLUTION: The doubling plate for one surface friction having reinforcing parts at the back surface side abuts only on the inner surface side of a joining area of the square steel-pipe columns and a screw part is protruded from the doubling plate by inserting the high strength bolt from the outer surface side of the square steel-pipe column and the nut is threaded to the screw part and fastened in a high strength bolt friction joining structure of the square steel-pipe column. The doubling plate for one surface friction used in the joining structure has a plurality of bolt holes corresponding to bolt holes of the square steel-pipe column and the reinforcing parts formed across the joined square steel-pipe columns and arranged continuously in a material axis direction in the vicinity of the joining area at the back surface side.
