Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hetero layer-structured latex specially good in heat-resistant blocking and anti-solvent properties as a resin binder material for a color developing layer or as a resin material for a protective layer of a heat-sensitive recording paper or a heat-developing image material. SOLUTION: The hetero layer-structured latex having a core layer (1) which comprises a copolymer (a) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -90-10°C; an intermediate layer (2) comprising a copolymer (b) of which the Tg is in the range of 0-100°C, higher than that of the copolymer (a); and a shell layer (3) comprising a copolymer (c) of which the Tg is in the range of 0-50°C, higher than that of the copolymer (a); is proposed.
