PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask which has simple structure and is manufactured at low costs and where fogging of glasses is suppressed when the mask is worn. SOLUTION: In the mask 1A, a mask main body 2 having a wrap size for both nostrils and a mouth is provided with a sticky layer 4 at a part above the nostrils when the mask is worn. Since the mask 1A is provided with the sticky layer 4 at the part above the nostrils of a user, rising of exhaled breath is prevented by sticking the sticky layer 4 to the face surface of the user. As the result, fogging of the glasses positioned above the mask is suppressed. It is possible either to put codes for hanging the mask to the ears separately to the mask main body 2 or to provide a part for hanging the mask to the ears integrally to the mask main body.
