Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for shrink-drying laver comprising a processing technique enabling raw algae of laver whose leaf bodies lose color to be dehydrated into almost brass color to become black curled-and-shrunk nutritious food so as to be commoditized even when the laver is a low-priced article. SOLUTION: The method for shrink-drying laver comprises the following process: picking raw algae of laver; activating the picked raw algae of laver with negative-ion seawater activated with a magnet activator, cutting the algae into 20-60mm pieces followed by cleaning the algae with negative-ion real water; dehydrating the washed algae to be discretely broken into flakes followed by charging them into a rotary drum 1, feeding hot air into the drum so as to stir/mix the algae flakes at 20-70°C for 4 hours to dry them to produce black curled-and-shrunk laver food.
