PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make use reservation in which a user uses the information processor from desired time. SOLUTION: An external terminal 2 is connected via a network 3 by a communication control part 22, a CPU 10 receives a user ID and a password from the external terminal 2 connected by the communication control part 22, performs user authentication for permitting use to a preliminarily registered user who can use the information processor based on the received user ID and password, when use starting time and use end time of the use reservation of image processing from the external terminal 2 which terminates user authentication are received, judges whether or not the information processor is usable and when the information processor is usable, stores the use starting time and use end time in a RAM 12 or an NVRAM 13 and accepts the use reservation.
