SOLUTION: The equipment management service support apparatus for supporting the creation of a management register comprises an equipment information extraction means for extracting a work statement file A1 that is the base of a work statement including information on equipment at the time of building completion from a storage device 1' connected to a communication line N, and an equipment register creation means for creating an equipment register file B1 that is the base of an equipment register according to the information extracted by the equipment information extraction means and writing the equipment register file B1 to the storage device 1' via the communication line N.
