MEMBER HAVING ANTIREFLECTION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member having antireflection structure capable of preventing the reflection of unnecessary light and suppressing the occurrence of stray light even on an inner wall of an opening part formed on a plate-like part, and sufficiently preventing the occurrence of ghost and flare even when applied for a small-size imaging optical device. SOLUTION: The member having antireflection structure is provided with the plate-like part and the opening part formed on the plate-like part, wherein an antireflection structure is formed on the inner wall such that structural units are arranged in an array form at a pitch smaller than the shortest wavelength of light whose reflection should be prevented and has an aspect ratio of ≥1.
