Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize precision and efficient manufacture of a photospacer of a photospacer type color liquid crystal display device by patterning and forming the photospacer in a stage of forming the respective filter colored pattern layers of R, G, B, etc. SOLUTION: A color filter having at least a transparent colored pattern layer 3 sectioned into pixels with a black matrix pattern layer 2 on a transparent substrate 1 and a transparent common electrode layer 5 on the transparent colored pattern layer 3 is provided with a photospacer part 4 for cell gap adjustment, formed having a large layer thickness in a projection shape, at a portion of the transparent colored pattern layer 3.
