Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the corrosion resistance, reduce the cost, and accurately measure the dew point temperature or the like, without reducing heat radiation performance. SOLUTION: Coating FS of fluororesin (Teflon (R)) is applied to a surface 27A (27A1) of a heat conductor 27 except for a heat radiation part 27k. Thus, even when the atmosphere (measuring atmosphere) of a duct is corrosive gas, the material (copper) of the heat conductor 27 is protected by the coating FS of the fluororesin, and the corrosion is prevented. The fluororesin has water repellency, so that a water drop due to dew condensation does not adhere to it, and the dew point temperature can be measured accurately.
