Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery voltage monitoring method capable of monitoring accurately a battery voltage, even in the case where the battery voltage is fluctuated when driving a pulse driving load in a heating apparatus using a battery as a power source. SOLUTION: By utilizing synchronization of the fluctuation 56 of the battery voltage with either or both of the first output and the second output of a stepping motor, first of all, a control circuit reads the battery voltage by a battery voltage monitoring circuit at either time or at both times of a rising time and a falling time of the first output 52 and the second output 54 of the stepping motor 35.
