Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure flow rate by halting the operation of a boosting means by output of a flow rate computation means in the case of absence of flow or the absence of flow velocity, driving an oscillator at a low voltage, implementing a power-saving operation, and performing a boosting operation via a power control means at some time intervals. SOLUTION: In the case of absence of flow velocity, the control means 47 does not make the boosting means 44 operate but feeds the oscillator with electric power. After a lapse of a predetermined number of times of measurement, the control means 47 makes the boosting means 44 operate and feeds a transmission means 34 with electric power at a voltage boosted to v2. It is possible to perform highly accurate measurement at regular intervals while saving power in this way. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
