SOLUTION: The upper spaces of railroads, highways, river areas, quarters and the like are just appropriate spaces for providing sunlight and wind quantity, and are very important property which can be effectively utilized as a power generation source. Needless to say, solar batteries are spread all over as much as possible, and many wind mills as much as possible are attached to the ends of many struts to support plates for attaching solar batteries.
