METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DYEING POLYVINYL ALCOHOL FILM, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING POLARIZING FILM, AND POLARLIZING FILM AND POLARIZING PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize dyeing unevenness observed in dyeing polyvinyl alcohol film (PVA film) as a substrate material of a polarlizing film used for a liquid crystal display and to prevent the generation of inferior part such as wrinkles. SOLUTION: This method for dyeing the PVA film is provided with that a plurality of guiding means installed in dyeing liquid 12 of a dyeing vessel 11 are constituted by forming many dyeing liquid-ejection ports 17 by taking an interval around a shaft and in the shaft direction of a PVA film 10-opposing part and also with a low pressure dyeing liquid-ejection cylinder 16 both ends of which are fixed at the low pressure dyeing liquid-feeding tube 18, also arranging them as an alternate state at the lower part and upper part one after another in the guiding direction of the PVA film 10, and turning/guiding the PVA film 10 as the alternate state so as to oppose the surface and reverse surface one after another.
