Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a radiator support while a function to support a heat exchanger from underside is secured. SOLUTION: A cooling module according to the invention includes a shroud 5 made of resin furnished with a frame 51 in rectangular shape to cover the side face of the heat exchanger, which is fixed to the shroud 5 in such a condition as placed on the bottom plate 513 of the frame 51. A reinforcing structure is furnished below the frame 51, and a strength able to support the heat exchanger is secured. The cooling module in which the heat exchanger and the shroud 5 are consolidated is mounted on a vehicle in such a configuration that a side bracket 512a of the shroud 5 is coupled with a side member 2 and an upper bracket 511b of the shroud 5 is coupled with the upper support member 11 of the radiator support 1. This arrangement in which the heat exchanger is supported by the shroud 5 allows eliminating that part of the radiator support 1 which is located below the side member 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
