SIX-FACE WASHING AND DEBURRING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a six-face washing and deburring device to precisely wash and deburr six faces of a workpiece. SOLUTION: This six-face washing and deburring device is devised to carry out washing and deburring of six faces of the workpiece W by jetting at least extra high pressure water 4 out of media (ice grains, etc.) 3 and the extra high pressure water 4, a nozzle 6 is provided with a nozzle α6a to jet the media 3, a nozzle β6b and a mixer to join the nozzle α6a to the nozzle β6b in the neighborhood of a head end of the nozzle 6, and a mixed body mixed with the extra high pressure water 4 and the media 3 by adsorbing the media 3 by negative pressure in the mixer generated by flow velocity of the extra high pressure water 4 is jetted from the nozzle 6. The nozzle 6 is arranged in parallel with a Z axis so as to jet the mixed body immediately downward and moved in the X axial direction and in the Z axial direction, and the work W is moved to the Y axial direction and is made free to rotate in the A axial direction and the B axial direction.
