Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment and method capable of optimizing reaction conditions of microwave assisted chemical synthesis in real time. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises a microwave radiant source 25 for applying microwave energy to a sample, a microwave cavity 27 wave communicating with the radiant source for suspending while applying the microwave energy and a substantially monochrome radiant source 40 electromagnetically communicating with the cavity for substantially applying the monochrome light to the sample. Further, the microwave energy for irradiating the sample by the controller which is signal communicating with the microwave irradiating source and a Raman scattering detector is adjusted from the Raman scattering detected by a detector 50 which detects the Raman scattering of light from the monochrome radiant source by the sample.
