Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an eyeless needle which is capable of effectively boring a hole on an end face of a thin needle having a diameter of less than 150 μm. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the eyeless needle is for manufacturing the eyeless needle by forming a hole on the end face of the stainless steel eyeless needle for inserting one end of a suture thread and caulking and fixing the thread. The hole is bored on the end face of a needle material thicker than the desired needle, whose diameter is less than 150 μm, by 6-20 μm by applying one shot of laser beams, and after that, the portion thicker than the diameter of the desired needle is removed by means of the electrolytic polishing or chemical polishing.
