Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful technology for designing Aspergillus fumigatus-derived NMT(N-myristoyltransferase)-inhibitory agent by crystallizing Aspergillus fumigatus-derived NMT to obtain a three-dimensional structure through subjecting the resultant crystal to X-ray crystallography. SOLUTION: The technology comprises obtaining crystal comprising a polypeptide composed of at least part of an amino acid sequence of Aspergillus fumigatus-derived NMT or an amino acid sequence where one or more amino acids are deleted, substituted, inserted or added in the above amino acid sequence, or the three-dimensional structure of the polypeptide.
