Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a 3.5kDa antimicrobial polypeptide, with which a soybean stock subjected to a waste water treatment as industrial waste water is effectively used for formation of a 3.5kDa antimicrobial polypeptide and a cost related to a waste water treatment and an environmental loading are reduced by finding the optimal conditions of a soybean stock for stably and excellently carrying out formation of a 3.5kDa antimicrobial polypeptide. SOLUTION: A lactic acid bacterium is cultured in a culture solution containing a soybean stock, a saccharide and an inorganic salt and a 3.5kDa antimicrobial polypeptide is formed in the culture by the lactic acid bacterium.
