Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide containing a conformational IgE epitope of a Japanese cedar pollen allergen, to provide a polynucleotide encoding the peptide, to provide an antibody binding to the peptide and to provide a therapeutic agent, a diagnostic kit, etc., for Japanese cedar pollinosis by using the same. SOLUTION: The peptide S95-1 is a peptide (TYSPFHSFTSIP) composed of 12 amino acids. The peptide binds to an anti-Cry j 1 monoclonal antibody and a serum IgE antibody of a patient suffering from the Japanese cedar pollinosis and the amino acid sequence is not present on the amino acid sequence of the Cry j 1.
