PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work performance of maintenance inspection and improve durability of a switch. SOLUTION: A protective cover 47 is supported at a window 43 of a second case 3 opening and closing the opening part of a first case 2 so as to cover the window 34 through a support part capable of fracture. A rubber switch 27 which is opposed to the protective cover 47 is supported at a bracket 10 installed at the first case 2 through a control substrate 8, and a surrounding part 24 which surrounds the rubber switch 27 is provided. By pressing the protective cover 47 and fracturing the support part, the rubber switch 27 is pressed by the protective cover 47 and the switch part 28 of the rubber switch 27 turns on a contact part 34.
