Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an appropriate panoramic image from a plurality of images with a simple process even if a mounting error is generated in a camera module. SOLUTION: Camera image data imaged by a plurality of camera modules 2 are stored in an input buffer 12, and the camera image data stored in the input buffer 12 are rearranged in an output buffer 16 by using an address conversion table stored in a storage part 15, and thereby the panoramic image is created. The address conversion table obtained by reconfiguring a default address conversion table for creating the panoramic image using the camera image data without mounting errors in the camera modules 2 according to parameters for correcting the mounting errors of the camera modules 2 with respect to the vehicle is stored in the storage part 15.
