CLUSTER SYSTEM, CLUSTER SWITCHING METHOD, AND CLUSTER SWITCHING CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize influence due to a service stop due to switching of a cluster in a cluster system constructed of an operational system computer device and a standby system computer device. SOLUTION: This cluster system is provided with a failure monitoring device 10 detecting a failure or its possibility of hardware/software in an operational system computer for the cluster system 100 comprised of the operational system computer 110 and a standby system computer 120, a service measurement device 60 measuring a utilization factor of the system, a cluster switching determination device 30 deciding switching timing to the standby system computer with consideration given to the contents of the detected failure or its possibility and the utilization factor of the system, and a cluster switching execution device 50 executing switching to the standby system computer in the decided switching timing.
