SCHEDULE PREPARATION SUPPORT SYSTEM, SCHEDULE PREPARATION METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule preparation system, a schedule preparation method and a program. SOLUTION: This schedule preparation support system comprises a step for storing pattern data satisfying constraint conditions imposed on the shift of a staff, reads data in a former period, pattern data read with data of a working request in a prescribed period of the staff and determined working data from a pattern storage means, and employment request data of the staff, and compares them with one another. The support system scores them by scoring when the data are largely matched with one another. The system also creates shiftable data by registering as a record the pattern data intended for only data aligned in an increasing order corresponding to the score that is imparted with the scoring result, or only data with the score of zero, and stores then in each segment period.
