Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for voice conversation which synthesize voices that can be assumed at utterance, including normal voiced sounds using unvoiced sounds of a speaker and animation information of lips at the vocalization. SOLUTION: The voice conversation device is a fixed phone and a cellular phone, etc. and constituted of a microphone 100, a voice signal analyzer 101, a camera 102, a video signal analyzer 103, a voice signal analyzer 104 and a dictionary information database 105. The microphone 100 is for inputting voice and the voice inputted from the microphone 100 (a voiceless sound here) is transmitted to the voice signal analyzer 101.
