COLOR FILTER MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for continuously and efficiently manufacturing a color filter without producing particles which deteriorate product quality, by using a printing method. SOLUTION: An inverse printer comprises a coating device for forming a coated surface by applying a printing member onto a transfer plate surface, a removal means for transferring and removing resin to a protrusion part of a letterpress by pressing the letterpress formed with a prescribed shape for the coated surface and a transfer unit of transferring the resin remaining on the coated surface to a base board, wherein the transfer plate surface has a cylindrical shape and, around the transfer plate surface, the coating device, the removal means and the transfer unit are disposed at the same time.
