Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring device for fluid capable of accurately measuring a flow rate of the fluid, and capable of exhibiting enhanced durability. SOLUTION: This flow rate measuring device for the fluid comprises a tubular body formed by a ceramic material, a plastic material or a metallic material; a shockwave transmitting and receiving piezoelectric vibrator made of a polarized piezoelectric ceramic material connected to both ends of the tubular body respectively; a pair of electrode terminals attached on a surface of the respective tubular piezoelectric vibrators; a voltage source electrically connected to the pair of the electrode terminals of the respective tubular piezoelectric vibrators and capable of applying impulse voltage having the rapid rising or falling edge; and a calculating device electrically connected to the pair of the electrode terminals of the respective tubular piezoelectric vibrators.
