Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register a spot that can be an object for spot retrieval without bothering the user. SOLUTION: With this navigation device, the stoppage spot of a vehicle is registered, when stoppage of a vehicle engine is detected; and the registered spot is displayed, when a request of spot retrieval is accepted. The stoppage spot may be registered, when the engine is stopped as long as a prescribed time or longer.
