NAVIGATION SYSTEM, NAVIGATION METHOD AND NAVIGATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a route searching operation improved in precision of predicting a fuel cost and prioritizes the cost, and to make a travel control in keeping with a desired cost. SOLUTION: A navigation system is provided which comprises: a fuel cost performance learning process section which carries out a learning process for a fuel cost performance by using fuel performance information acquired through a fuel performance measuring section; a fuel unit price calculating section which calculates an average unit price of fuel being carried in a fuel tank by using fuel information acquired through a fuel information acquiring section; a cost predicting section which predicts a cost accompanying a route searched based on a user's desired cost by using the fuel performance information, the fuel information, map information and road information; and a travel control processing section which makes a drive control and gives a drive advice based on route information including the cost predicted by the cost predicting section.
