The tip of the lever 6 in the casing is provided with two rollers, the lever is journaled to a fulcrum shaft 8, the tip 9 is put out of the casing, the paper tube is pressed between the roller and the cutter at the tip by the lever by a spring 10, and the paper tube is cut to a desired length depending on the thickness of document to be filed using the cutting mechanism.
