Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel hot rolling method capable of increasing the yield, and enhancing the pickling efficiency in a next step by suppressing generation of rough surfaces when performing the hot-rolling of stainless steel. SOLUTION: In the hot-rolling of stainless steel, an electrolytic liquid 2 having the electric conductivity of ≥0.2 [mS/m] is sprayed over the stainless steel at least at one part before the rough rolling, before the finish rolling, and between rolling passes of the stainless steel heated at the temperature of ≥1,100 [°C] in a heating furnace.
