Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flanged shaft member of a simple structure, having wear resistance and high toughness. SOLUTION: In the flanged shaft member in which a flange member is fitted to a shaft member, the fitting part on both sides or either one side of the flange member is irradiated with a laser beam obliquely in the range of 30-70° and welded around the circumference. Duration of the laser irradiation is 1-5 seconds, and the laser irradiation is performed continuously. After the welding, tempering is performed for 1-2 hours at 180-220°C for the purpose of releasing inner distortion of the weld zone. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
