Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the versatility of an LED driver circuit regarding a PWM driver circuit. SOLUTION: An LED 34 is connected to a ground through a power transistor 30 and constant-current transistors 46a to 46n. A base for the power transistor 30 is connected to an internal PWM-signal generating circuit 40 or an external PWM-signal input terminal 38 through a changeover switch 36.
