PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data receiver capable of optimizing switching of audio data in a plurality of kinds of receiving services, depending on a situation. SOLUTION: The digital receiver has a first audio data generating section (51) for outputting first audio data concerning a first service from a broadcast wave of a specific channel; a second audio data generating section (52) for outputting second audio data concerning a second service from the broadcast wave of the specific channel; a switching section (70) for performing switching processing for outputting any one of the first and second audio data; and a control section (90) for controlling the switching section so that the audio levels of the first and second audio data can be each varied.
