Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the light extraction efficiency by suppressing a decline in transparency of a transparent conductive film and an increase in electrical resistivity thereof by embrittlement, and also to reduce the height of an optical semiconductor apparatus. SOLUTION: By forming the transparent conductive film 6 whose refractive index increases toward the top face of an optical semiconductor device 3 so as to cover from the top face of the optical semiconductor element over a lead frame 2b extracted outside from near the optical semiconductor device 3, there is not a large difference in refractive index between a semiconductor layer of the optical semiconductor device 3 and the transparent conductive film layer. In this structure, a quantity of total reflection light on the interface of the semiconductor layer decreases, resulting in an increase in light extraction efficiency from the optical semiconductor device 3, and the reduction in height of the optical semiconductor apparatus can be achieved by wireless structure.
