Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which suppresses extension of differences between the capacities of unit cells accompanying the charge/discharge cycle even when a part of the unit cells in a charger is affected by heat generation. SOLUTION: A plurality of the unit cells 2, 3 are housed in a housing body 10. The battery pack 1 is charged in a state in which a part of the housing body 10 sinks in the charger 20. The battery pack 1 is configured such that, as the unit cell 2 which is in the part sinking in the charger 20, one having a higher initial capacity than the average initial capacity of the other unit cells 3 in the housing body is chosen.
