Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with character breakage or crush in outputting different displays in a plurality of directions. SOLUTION: A driver input/output control means 11a prepares a driver display output which is a display output to a driver and a non-driver input/output control means 11b prepares non-driver display output which is a display output to a non-driver. Character information included in the driver display output and the non-driver display output is extracted and a character information processing part 33 changes the aspect ratio of characters, changes the font of the characters, displays the character information on a sub-display 43 which is an exclusive display, and outputs the information from a speaker 42 by voice reading.
