PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily convert a plurality of automatic playing data into digital audio data all together at a time. SOLUTION: When the start of digital sound recording is instructed, a plurality of MIDI song data indicated with play list data 21 are reproduced in the order of entry to generate corresponding audio signals, which are digitally recorded by a digital audio recorder 23. For the digital sound recording, a mode 1 and a mode 2 are provided and in the mode 1, the plurality of MIDI song data are digitally recorded as corresponding audio song data to generate files of the digital audio song data as many as the MIDI song data. In the mode 2, the plurality of MIDI song data are put together in one in the order of reproduction and digitally recorded as one digital audio song data to generate one file of the digital audio song data.
