Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle having a specific surface area more than a smooth surface particle, by making a particle surface layer irregular, and capable of coupling a large amount of antibodies per unit area, and suitable for highly sensitive and wide range measurement in a latex flocculation reaction. SOLUTION: This particle for an immunodiagnostic drug is a particle polymerized with a polymerizable unsaturated compound having a content of divinyl benzene more than 30 wt.%, having 0.02-2μm of particle size, having 20% or less of particle size fluctuation coefficient, and having a specific surface area, found by a nitrogen adsorption method, of at least 1.3 times of that calculated from an average particle size.
