Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized sample reactor constituted so as to enhance reproducibility by efficiently performing the stirring of a sample and magnetic beads and also equipped with a capturing mechanism of magnetic beads. SOLUTION: A reaction container 22 is positioned and placed on a stirrer 24 and rotatable permanent magnet is provided in the stirrer 24. A control unit 40 is constituted so that the permanent magnet is rotated by the stirrer 24 to rotate the magnetic beads MB, and the magnetic beads MB and the sample are stirred to react the magnetic beads MB, on which a reagent or enzyme is immobilized, with the sample. Further, the rotary unit 40 is constituted so as to stop the rotation of the permanent magnet to suck and hold the magnetic beads so as to separate a reaction product from the magnetic beads.
