Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment by stably supporting a differential mechanism and a differential limiting mechanism and by simplifying a support structure. SOLUTION: This differential gear includes: the differential limiting mechanism 11 comprising an input member 3, output members 5 and 7 and a differential member 9 for differentially rotatably connecting the members 5 and 7 to each other; and the differential limiting mechanism 13 for restricting the relative rotation between the member 3 and 7. The differential gear is so structured that the differential mechanism 11 is arranged in a space 25 formed on one side of side walls 15 and 17 and circumferential walls 19, 21 and 23; the differential limiting mechanism 13 is arranged in a space 27 on the side opposite thereto; and the differential mechanism 11 and the differential limiting mechanism 13 are driven and connected through connection members 33 arranged by penetrating the side wall 15 and the circumferential wall 19.
