Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic brake device applicable even to a case where two sets of functions as a braking machine are required. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic brake device composed of electromagnetic devices 5 for driving a first braking arm 3a and a second braking arm 3b against spring force of braking springs 4a, 4b by electromagnetic attraction force when carrying current to an electromagnet 6 and releasing braking of a braked body 1 by releasing pressing force of braking pieces 2a, 2b is provided with two sets of electromagnetic devices 5 composed of the electromagnets 6 and iron pieces 7. Either of the electromagnet 6 and the iron piece 7 is fixed, and the other of them is movably provided.
